These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for events at Fish & Ships Comedy Club, organized by Myrenget AS (org.no. 930789313).
1. Binding Purchase
Ticket purchases are binding from the moment the order is completed.
The buyer is responsible for verifying the date, time, venue, and number of tickets before payment.
2. No Right of Withdrawal / No Return Right
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act § 22 letter m, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets to cultural and entertainment events with a fixed time.
Purchased tickets are therefore not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. Cancelled Events
If a show is cancelled, Myrenget AS will refund the ticket cost to the buyer.
Refund covers only the ticket price and does not cover any other costs the buyer may have incurred, e.g., travel, accommodation, fees, or similar.
4. Program Changes
Fish & Ships Comedy Club and Myrenget AS reserve the right to make changes to the program, lineup, or time without this giving the right to a refund, as long as the event is carried out as planned.
5. Age Limit and Admission
The buyer is responsible for checking any age limits and admission requirements.
Violation of such requirements does not give the right to a refund.
6. Ticket Transfer
Tickets may be used by others than the buyer, unless otherwise specified.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ticket is stored safely and not misused or copied.
7. Correct Contact Information
The buyer is obliged to provide a valid email address and, if applicable, phone number. Notices of changes or cancellations are sent to the provided contact information.
8. Limited Liability
Fish & Ships Comedy Club and Myrenget AS are not responsible for technical problems beyond their control, including errors with the ticket provider, payment solution, internet provider, or the customer's equipment.
